1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of 0xProgramming OÜ, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

4. Service Area

Our services are available to businesses and clients located in CIS countries, excluding the Russian Federation. We reserve the right to decline services based on our operational capacity and legal requirements.

5. Project Agreement

All development projects require a separate written agreement specifying:

• Project scope and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Payment terms and schedule
• Intellectual property rights
• Support and maintenance terms

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients will receive ownership rights to custom-developed code and applications as specified in the project agreement. We retain rights to:

• Reusable components and frameworks
• Third-party libraries and tools

8. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client projects and business information. Non-disclosure agreements may be executed for sensitive projects.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide our services "as is" without warranties except as specified in individual project agreements. We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data or business interruption
• Third-party service failures
• Issues arising from client-provided requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice as specified in the individual project contract. Termination terms will include payment for completed work.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes will be resolved through Estonian courts or agreed arbitration procedures.
